What is the Balance Procedure?

As an adult you may be surprised to learn that most of our conditioning is learnt between the ages of 0 and 7 years of age. While the conditioned responses that you learned at this age were appropriate then, they do not always serve you well into adult life. The Balance Procedure (TBP) is a therapy that assists you to leave behind your outmoded beliefs that no longer serve you and lets you start to create new and more appropriate attitudes that meet and serve your current needs.

This simple and highly effective therapy can be applied to any situation that life can throw at you, conditions such as:

You may want to call upon the therapist to help you reframe more of your outmoded references or you are free to develop the statements for yourself. The technique is one that is very simple to learn and will take you no more than 5 minutes to learn.
